Can your jewelry and stones heal me or my ailments?

Simply? No. Products sold by Terra Gems Designs are specially designed to enhance the user’s own energy. Our jewelry is empowered by the user’s own personal intentions to change or improve themselves. As an energy enhancer, Terra Gems Designs pieces rely on the user to be effective. Can you recommend a specific stone or stones for my needs?

Our Healing Properties page has some amazing information on many of the stones we use in our pieces. If you have a specific request, you can always contact us and we will try to assist as best as we can! Please keep in mind that we cannot, and will not guarantee any stone to "fix" any problems or ailments.

I want to buy several of a piece I like! Why can't I?

Each of our pieces are completely unique. Every focal stone is different than the next, even if it is cut from the same rock! Each stone that we use will always have different marks, natural imperfections, and size variations. It would be truly impossible for us to make identical pieces. When shopping our collection, you will only be able to add a quantity of one (1) of a piece to your cart.

I added a piece to my cart the other day. Today, it's gone! What happened?

Our site removes inactive cart contents after several hours. Cart contents are unable to be saved for an extended amount of time. If you are interested in buying a piece that catches your eye, we recommend placing your order as soon as you can to avoid it disappearing later 🙂 Since carts cannot be saved, we cannot guarantee an item you have added earlier will still be available later.

I am buying a piece as a gift. Can I add gift wrapping or a special note?

Absolutely! All you need to do is please make sure you let us know! You can either send us a quick message with our Contact Us form, via email, or during checkout. If you would like to include a special note, just let us know what you would like to say and we can place it on a notecard. Please note there is a minimal additional charge for special gift wrapping and notes.

I am interested in a custom piece. Is this something you offer?

Yes! Not only can we use a special stone of yours to create the piece, we also have tons of stones you can choose from. Please contact us to discuss this in more detail. Please note: we require a deposit on custom orders.

I have a special stone I would love to use! Do you do custom orders?

Yes! We can set up a time to discuss exactly what you are interested in creating. If you have a stone you would like to use in a piece, let us know and we can help you with getting it to us safely.

We do require a deposit with custom orders. Please note that if we do not receive payment in full once the piece is complete, we will not ship your piece and your deposit is non-refundable. Our pieces, in general, take a considerable amount of time to create, and custom pieces take even longer.

I love this necklace on your site! Do you have matching earrings for it?

We have several necklace and earring sets for sale. However, most of our pieces do not have matching earrings. Usually, we can create a custom pair of earrings depending on whether we have matching stones available.

Can you notify me when you have special sales or discounts?

Sure can! Make sure to sign up for our email list! We occasionally have special sales and our subscribers are the first to know (and first to see new pieces!). We also send discounts codes after certain purchases or events.

Will you be at any local events?

We occasionally attend vendor shows in our area, usually 1-2x a year depending on various factors (schedule, size of the event, our inventory, etc). Any upcoming events we will be attending will be posted on our event calendar!

I received my piece, and it was damaged. What can I do?

We take great care in packaging your item(s) to ensure there is no damage in shipment, and all packages are insured. If you receive a damaged item, please take CLEAR photos of the damage and packaging. Please note: the natural imperfections of the piece are not, and will not be considered damage.

Once you have taken photos to document the damage, please email them to with the following:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Shipping Address
  • Order Number

We will review everything we receive to determine whether the item(s) was in fact damaged, or if the item is intact. If the item is damaged, we will file a claim with USPS (or the applicable carrier). If the item cannot be repaired by Terra Gems Designs, you will receive a credit or refund depending on your preference. If the item is repairable, we will send instructions for sending the item back to us.

I received my piece(s), and decided I don't really like them. Can I send them back and get a refund?

Unfortunately, no. We strive to provide thorough photos of each item along with a thorough description of the item. We ask that you make every conscious effort to look at each photo and description of the item you are interested in before purchasing. Thank you for understanding!

Can I see your items in person?

Since we do not have a storefront, we cannot accommodate these requests. However, we occasionally have our pieces on display at local venues or vendor shows. Keep an eye on our event calendar for upcoming events we will be attending!

I live in Colorado- do you offer local pickup?

It depends. We are located in Northern Colorado, and we do not have a local storefront. If you are interested in local pickup versus shipping, please contact us before you place your order. We cannot always accommodate these requests, but we can try to make it a viable option.

Do you sell your pieces in any local stores or boutiques?

At this time, no. We hope to consign some pieces in the future! Alternatively, if you are a local store or boutique owner interested in our pieces, please contact us to discuss the possibilities!
