To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend taking it off before swimming, showering, sleeping, or working out. Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, household cleaners, and harsh chemicals. When you aren’t wearing your piece, store it in a dry, dark place—like a pouch or jewelry box—to minimize natural tarnishing.

We use high-quality materials carefully chosen for durability and beauty, including plated silver wire, gold plated wire, copper wire, genuine gemstones, and more. Specific material details for each individual piece can always be found in its product description.

Because our pieces are carefully handcrafted, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or normal wear and tear. However, we stand firmly behind the quality and craftsmanship of our work. If there is an issue with the functionality or construction of your jewelry piece upon arrival or shortly after delivery, we will make it right through a repair, replacement, or refund if necessary. A functionality issue refers to a structural defect or failure in how the piece was made. This includes broken or malfunctioning clasps, faulty jump rings, loose stones due to a setting defect, or breakage under short term normal, gentle wear.

Our policy does not cover accidental damage (such as dropping, pulling, or catching the jewelry on clothing), normal wear and tear, tarnishing over time, or damage caused by exposure to water, sweat, perfumes, lotions, or harsh chemicals.

Please contact us at sheri@terragemsdesigns.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue so we can review it and guide you through the next steps for repair or replacement.

Since sizing requires remaking or altering the piece, we generally cannot accept returns or offer free resizing for incorrect sizes ordered. Please double-check our size guide before purchasing, or reach out to us prior to ordering if you have any questions about fit!
